That all could change at the 76th awards ceremony on September 15. The British actor received a nomination for his performance as MI5 agent Jackson Lamb in the Apple TV+ spy thriller Slow Horses.
The 66-year-old is competing for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series against fellow Brits Idris Elba and Dominic West, as well as Walton Goggins, Donald Glover, and Hiroyuki Sanada.
